Richmond City Public Works, knocked out Cable Lines while hastily cleaning up debris on Sidewalk.
The lines hang very low over the street, about 5 ft from the ground.
No Caution Tape, No Warning Sign, just electrical wires pulled from pole by City workers and then they left.

A rotten TREE that resided on a CITY OWNED has FALLEN across 1320 N 38TH STREET. Blocking the road and porch to the house at 1320. The City lamp Post may have been damaged as the City tree fell.
The Sidewalk on both sides if road are not passable, hope no one crashes into this tree during the night... It fell around noon and was shortly afterwards called into 311.
