BOMB CRATER on Stony Run Parkway. Traffic must come to a stop to travel through this dangerous and perilous section of road on our perimeter line.
Extreme CAUTION must be used when traveling this path. IEDs have been known to be disguised as TV, COUCHES, BEDS, GARBAGE CANS, TIRES, DIAPPERS, & FALLEN TREES in war torn theaters of our globe.

Richmond City Public Works, knocked out Cable Lines while hastily cleaning up debris on Sidewalk.

The lines hang very low over the street, about 5 ft from the ground.

No Caution Tape, No Warning Sign, just electrical wires pulled from pole by City workers and then they left.

TV Still in ROADWAY. City finally showed up two weeks after report to remove the Couch and Mattress, but have left the TV.

Fallen tree blocks road, sidewalk, entrance to house, a hazard to traffic on the road and to the pedestrian flow of the sidewalk. The city pole light also took a good punch when this rotten city tree fell from a city lot that had allready been reported for being overgrown.

A rotten TREE that resided on a CITY OWNED has FALLEN across 1320 N 38TH STREET. Blocking the road and porch to the house at 1320. The City lamp Post may have been damaged as the City tree fell.

The Sidewalk on both sides if road are not passable, hope no one crashes into this tree during the night... It fell around noon and was shortly afterwards called into 311.

Roadway and Alley are over grown and not accessible.

Sidewalk is about a foot or more under Garbage.Sidewalk is Covered in Garbage, Leaves, Trash, Trees, and Waste.
