    29 March, 9:29am: REPORTED on 20March; REPORTING AGAIN: York St northbound, waiting at light as it alternated between a long green for east-bound traffic on S Frontage, followed by a 15-20 sec pedestrian light, and back to green for S Frontage, four times, with traffic backing up down York St. I was one of the first vehicles at the light, and finally took a chance and proceeded across S Frontage Rd. This happened last week as well.
