Promenade park continues to attract more illegal campers. It started with this one then another then another. I counted 10 a couple days ago. They park in Promenade Park lot all day and unload their belongings, then move onto Richey when the park closes. Please address this before it is completely overrun.

Semi trucks are continuing to travel illegally on Mount Humphries and Richey. As you can see, the truck crosses over onto the opposite side of the street to make the turn. The intersection was not designed to accommodate these over sized trucks.

RV changed sides of the road. Been in the new spot over 72 hours. In addition parking lot of Promenade Park full of camper vans of people living there. Please help keep Promenade Park from becoming an encampment.

Another illegally parked truck on Richey. Please stop Promenade Park from becoming a truck stop. These trucks are too big to be in this small residential area.

The semi truck cab which is parked behind the illegally parked blue bus has not moved in several weeks. Not sure if it is abandoned or if someone is living in it, but it sticks out into the roadway farther than passenger vehicles and has passed the 72 hour parking rule by many, many hours. Please do not allow Richey to turn into a truck stop. This is a residential area, and big rigs should not be traversing on this street or Mount Humphries. Thank you.

This blue bus is located across from Promenade Park on Richey. It was illegally painted in the street and has not moved in a couple of weeks. It appears it is being used for illegal camping and has surpassed the 72 hour rule for parking on a public street. In addition, it is oversized, so probably should not be on city street between 2am-5am. Thank you for addressing this.

Increase in vagrants living/sleeping in Promenade Park, especially under the pavillion. Families are being run off due to fear of scary behavior. Please increase patrol, specifically at night in the parking lot and the pavillion. Thank you for keeping our area safe.

Marquessa/Deerwood apartments never maintain the parkway and curb on Richey. I have called management twice and apparently their gardeners refuse to clean up the parkway and gutter. They just blow everything into the gutter increasing the problem. It looks terrible. I know it’s not the city’s problem, but I don’t know what else to do. Thanks for your help.

There is problem with residents not picking up their dog's poop on Mount Humphries from McKinley to Richey. And same problem going down Richey from Mount Humphries to Promenade. This is a very heavily populated area with apartements and condos. It is terrible that our own neighbors are causing this problem. The gardeners come and run the poop over on the parkways, and then smear it onto the sidewalk. IT'S EVERYWHERE. Could the city possibly install multiple signs to address this issue.
