This sharp corner only has 2 small drain tubes. 100% too small to handle all the storm waters that come through the neighborhood. This is the cause for street, yard and house flooding, on Charlestown Dr and Hialeigh Dr. This corner must receive a 3rd drainage tube. All the water from Kempsville HS down Rosecroft and along Providence Rd flows to this corner. It just can't handle this amount of water flow. Also has some debris from recent rains.
