He has about 10 Chihuahuas and they are loose again from the backyard they ran into my neighbors yard and they are a couple of old ladies who were terrified because the dogs were fighting in their backyard someone needs to do something about this they’ve been loose before and now they’re loose again scaring everyone!!!!

For the past few days every time I turn on my shower or the sinks or even flush the toilet it smells like a porta potty but tonight was extremely bad my entire house stinks I just need to know who do I need to call because I live maybe four blocks away from a sewage plant and I sure hope that’s not the problem
