The area surrounding the old Cheever School on Lombard and the stretch of Fillmore Street once you turn off Lombard is filthy and strewn with debris both on public and private property. Those cars haven’t moved in a while so the streets have not been swept properly. Homeowners are complaining of excessive trash around the apartment complex @ Cheever that blows into their property Do they have property management ? Can we please look into this?
