What happened to the category to report broken water pipes and mains? It needs to be returned to the app! since I couldn’t find that category, I’ll file this problem under street hazard. This leak has been going on for three weeks now. What’s going on? I’m tired of getting water splashed into my window by people speeding by in the next lane and I shutter to think of the hundreds of thousands of gallons of water that have been wasted while this has been pouring into the street now for many weeks. If it’s the property owners problem, can somebody cite them? I know it’s a hospital and you can’t turn off the water, but they can’t waste a lake. If it’s the city‘s responsibility, then what’s taking so long?

I have a salt-based water softener for the house of water supply but the salt isn’t enough to kill off the algae that I’m seeing in the water this morning. This is the dogs pan. It seems to clear with the second or third for quite a bit but wanted to pass it along I know it’s something you guys tackle every summer. I took this on the morning of May 28. I’m sure I’m the last house on the line since after me it’s the Bayou. Feel free to reach out if you need to discuss, my phone number is in my water account profile.

I’ve lived on Wichman St for six months now and we’ve never once had heavy trash pick up of either type. We’re just a little isolated dead-end street that is probably impossible for the trucks to navigate. So I’m pretty happy that I even get trash collection. We also never get grass clippings picked up., but I digress. One of my neighbors put their things out in time for junk pick up weeks ago and I would just like to get a ticket opened to get someone to come and pick it up. We ended up hauling out all of the tree branches myself (four or five pick up loads) after 2 1/2 months and I’m OK with that, but I am not OK having to haul this out for the city as well. What can we do to make sure this is on someone’s radar screen. The usual excuses of their behind or they’ll be getting to you never pan out, at least not on this street. Can you help?

20 or 30 trash bags have garbage, it looks like somebody went to the trouble to bag most of it up and they’re all in a pile close to the curb of the I10 access road between Yale and Heights. Can sanitation have somebody drop by to take a look and try and collect the material?

There are two green lights signaling drivers on the access road to proceed through Durham. The left hand light is out.

People are violating the no parking zone which is one problem but the reason I am Filing this is because they’ve restriped the intersection to add a middle left turn lane but failed to move the no parking sign leaving about a foot for people to pass without crossing into the other lane. It’s a job half done, and someone needs to come finish.
