the last three weeks my recycle trash was not picked up. today, the regular trash truck left the cans in the street at the corner of blodgett/almeda at the corner. this is not common, but i was very surprised at this. the trucks knocked over the recycle cans and trash was all over the yard and down the street . i have more photos.
