The curb of the drain is detached creating a hazard that people and pets can fall into.

You just closed 12602422-2400084396 stating this was the homeowners responsibility. It is not. The same thing happened to my drain and the city repaired it. Homeowners are not responsible for repairing drains on the sidewalks.

The curb is broken above the drain. It's a hazard for pedestrians and animals.

Recycling hasn't been picked up in our neighborhood for six weeks! Officially Three whole cycles of picks up as of last Tuesday, Jan 16th.

This is not the property owner's responsibility. This is not water run off from their property. All year long, there is standing water on this corner. There isn't a drain on this corner and the water doesn't flow to the two different drains, each one block away. The street itself needs a drain in this location.

For weeks our water pressure has been low and now it's even lower. We are having trouble flushing our toilets! A plumber is coming out later today to check our pipes, but all our neighbors also have low water pressure. It's getting to the point where it is almost a sanitation problem.
