    Old power wheel car keeps getting tossed into bayou at the end of Park Garden Dr in Kingwood. This was left in trash at end of Park Garden and kids do not know any better than to throw it into the bayou on top of the turtles that live there.

    There are not enough recycle bins for cardboard at the weekend recycle in the Kingwood Park and Ride lot. The bins get overflowing, no more can be stuffed in and trash is left all over around the bins.

    Large Pine tree was cut done by resident over two week ago. The pieces of the tree and a large pile of the branches cover the entire front yard of the residence. There does not appear to any effort being made to remove this tree.

    A large trailer with flat tires has been in the driveway of this property since late September/early October. The trailer has become very full and almost overflowing as residents are driving by and dumping their garbage, lawn clippings etc into the trailer. There has been no activity at the property since early December.

    The property at the corner of Brookdale and Valley Rose has a 2nd water leak. This leak appears to be between the meter box and the street (Brookdale). It has been leaking for a couple of weeks now and unfortunately the tenants (it is a rent house) seem to be oblivious to what happens in their yard. It is a waste of COH water resources.

    Water leak on Brookdale Drive approximately 30 ft from the corner of Brookdale Drive and Valley Rose in Kingwood, TX. This has been leaking for nearly two months. It is the 2nd time there has been a leak in this general area. The gutters stay filled with water for almost the entire block in addition to the waste of this resource.
