Traffic always backs up on serfas club sometimes to palisades dr. The freeway onramp was widened with the freeway expansion, so why not could there be TWO left turn lanes onto the freeway west? All need be done is repainting second lane for left turn and modifying the signal arrow.

Numerous dead and dying trees on Serfas Club between Green River and Palisades needing removal and replacement. In parkways and medians.

Along the southwest fence line of Palisades apartments, facing the canyon, there is a lot of dead trees and brush adjacent to the fence area posing a fire hazard. I am not asking for a complete vegetation clearing, just the obvious dead trees and shrubs to be removed. Thank you.

Lots of dead acacia groundcover on hillside to south of Green River. Hazardous as it is directly adjacent to dry natural hillside brush. Please have dead branches removed. Thanks.

Extreme fire hazard conditions on hillsides on south side of Hidden Valley at Corsica (private properties and right away). High dead brush and numerous dead trees through out the area. Please have area cleaned up. EXTREME fire hazard!!!

I live on Parkview and have noticed white paint marks and numbers on the street, curbing and utilities. What are they for? What kind of project you are planning?

A month ago I sent an email to you regarding the repaving of Parkview avenue and the McKinley corridor. ​Just over two years ago the east Promenade to Buchanan area was ground down and repaved. At the time I asked if our area was on the schedule for repaving and the person I spoke to said in two years. These streets continue to deteriorate and (from what I see) Parkview has never been repaved since it was initially created (only patched). I have noticed some recent patching on McKinley...is this in advance of repaving? Like the other streets, Parkview needs to be ground down and new blacktop laid. Thank you. Randy. P.S. .... are the medians on McKinley going to be replanted????
