    Raw sewage overflowing into the street and straight into the storm sewer. Has pushed up the manholes in the middle of Clinton Dr.

    There was raw sewage overflowing out of this manhole in the middle of Clinton Dr. It has subsided for the moment but the force has pushed the manholes out of their seat and now there's an open hole in the middle of the street.

    Trash had been dumped on this empty lot by neighbors at 3404, 3406, 3411 & 3413 for over a month since the beginning of Oct. No effort to make the city look nice. The food is attracting federal animals and rodents. There is a park across Gregg St where kids play. Dangerous.

    The house was involved in a fire some time ago and no one has made an attempt to remove the damaged building. Now it is falling in on itself and creates a major safety issue for nearby kids. 3 blocks from elementary school.
