Pothole in turn lane , approx 100 feet east of an additional (reported) pothole.

The driving surface has sunken approx 5" and causing traffic to swerve into the next lane.

Apparent construction in the median has caused a water main break and is causing ponding in the street. This is causing cars to swerve in order to miss the ponding into alternate lanes. Reported by council member at large one Mike Knox's office by Trebor Gordon on January 13, 2016

Reported by the office of Council Member Mike Knox At-Large 1, by Trebor Gordon on 1/11/16. This is a second "Pothole" in front of this property. The 1st is located just north of the 1333 Eldridge Parkway address.

Located approx 100 feet north of this address in the left lane. Closer to the entrance of 1293 Eldridge Parkway. Reported by Council Member Mike Knox's office (Trebor Gordon). This Pothole has been repaired in the past and is now a hazard again.

Passenger vehicle struck light causing sever damage to the light pole. The pole is in danger of falling over and causing damage to person or property.

This is an additional "Pothole" approx 200 feet north of a previously reported "Pothole". Located in the same (left lane) northbound approx 100 feet north of the fire hydrant. ***Reported by Trebor Gordon from Coincil Member Mike Knox's office At Large 1 on 1/8/16
