    The residents of this house regularly park on the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians into the street. This is dangerous for people walking, especially for children, elderly and people with disabilities. Sidewalks are for people, not cars!

    Southbound traffic on College Street at the Chapel Street intersection do not have a "No Turn on Red" sign. Every other major downtown intersection has one, it seems like this one should also. I've had to dodge cars turning right on red while crossing the intersection several times recently.

    What's the schedule/frequency of street sweeping in Westville/Edgewood/Dwight areas? There's broken glass on the sides of the streets pretty much the whole way between Westville and downtown on Central Ave and Edgewood Ave. Really unfortunate for bikers and children. I'm assuming some of it comes from recycling collection, not just people throwing bottles on the street.
