All three houses in a row have overgrown grass, one of the landlords just told me that he's not cutting his because the others aren't cutting their is, therefore the whole neighborhood looks like crap and that's OK… That's definitely not OK

The sign is in the right-of-way and the broker has been told repeatedly to remove it from the right-of-way.

The site is also filled with trash that blows around the neighborhood, and overflowing trash cans

Open trash with pests, trash billing out on the streets, long grass over 18 inches.

Another absentee landlord with negligent management, trash all over the yard, full containers of standing water. A group of us just went over to pick up all the trash on the street, this guy needs to be cited.

Again this inspector has been notified multiple times, this waste receptacle is constantly open and blowing trash all over the community, you can see here the gate is broken off and does not close look at all the trash around, if you don't cite it you're breaking your own code.

There is no enclosure around this dumpster and it's very undersized for this tenement slum. It's constantly overflowing with trash and littering the street and surrounding community. I called this in numerous times 311 and the incompetent inspector keeps passing this.

Why do people trash or neighborhood?

This is a compound full of wonderful people, they just don't know how to take care of their amazing old property.

This place is right across the road from the girls Prepatory school, there's rats coming in out of the house it looks like some type of hoarder lives here…

It appears as though there are squatters on the property, trash is blowing around the neighborhood from the site.
