Uhm... No they do not. Three lights are not working, perhaps all the vibration of vehicles bumping down the Pothole Run Parkway makes the filaments blow out as soon as you leave, but they are NOT working.
The street light might test good on a multimeter, however if you drive this road at night, three lights on this road are NOT working. Proper lighting is a must to drive this heavily cratered and littered road, you never know what you will find on this road.

Lights only work when the City Public Works states that they work, but they do not work at night when your trying to avoid all the COUCHES in the road, not to mention ALL THE GIANT HOLES IN THE ROAD.
