Descripción
There is a small yellow house on the south side of Canner St between Foster and Nicoll. The back door of the house has had its glass panes broken, and at least one of the windows is open. Who owns this vacant house? Why isn't it repaired?

Someone did some work making this place nice, and then -- nothing. Vandalism was bound to happen at this rate -- phone books delivered to this house sat there for years on the front stoop -- please, LCI, step in and help with this property. I see drug bags on the street by this house all the time; nothing good is happening here....
