Was there a utility company (such as PGW, PECO, etc.) working at the location?

The City only restores utility ditches made by the Water Department. Other utilities restore their own ditches. Please let us know so that we are able to report it.

this was private construction hole was improperly filled and left without any warning for drivers deep ruts in street. Appropriate fill or steel plates should have been provided. This is a bus route.
