Mold is growing on the house. There are rats living under the house and digging holes in our yard. In addition, there are large animals living in the attic and going through the hole on the roof which is clear. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to protect our house from rats entering. One has just recently died on our property. In addition, the mold spores and getting to the point of us not being able to use our backyard. This is starting to become a health concern.
