Now people have built an illegal woodchip path to Wilder Rd from the houses up the hill. Fine them. And make them pick up the litter there that they ignore all year 'round.

How nice! Someone has cleaned most of it up and bagged it. There are several plastic bags (full of litter) by the road. Thank you, whoever you are for cleaning this up!
