WATER IS LEAKING IN THE ROADWAY CAUSING THE ASPHALT ROADWAY AND THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK TO ICE UP. REFER TO SIOU TO INVESTIGATE WITH DC WATER

Per Inspector Collins,
DC Water has been contacted ref#14-109294. Also, Street Bridge & Maintenance Division has been contacted to apply salt to the icy road.
