The people at this address continue to extend their parking area into the road right of way on the east side of their property, and seemingly without a permit of any kind. They have cut existing significant trees there, and are importing soil fill and gravel to create a very large parking area, and are not doing anything to control the water runoff onto the road ROW or the undeveloped property to the east of them. They have also buried an existing water meter on the east side of the road, owned by Kitsap PUD, which is supplied by a fragile water main.
