Residents at this address persist, every night and into the following day, in parking across the sidewalk and at least 3 feet past the line of legally parked cars in the street, blocking pedestrian right of way and obstructing car traffic. I've reported this many times over the years, and gave up after no apparent citations were issued. Please ticket this car, maybe one fine would discourage these inconsiderate neighbors in the future. Send someone this morning, of if not, a morning next week, until you observe the situation and issue the citation.
