The entire two block stretch of Willow between Whitney and Orange is a mess due to a lot of cross town commuter traffic and truck traffic. It's also a snow emergency route, so you'd think the city would want to maintain the surface. Numerous potholes, sinkholes and rough pavement. Cars are constantly swerving to avoid damage, which is a safety issue. The whole thing needs to be repaved.
