A. The door is an egress from the hotel into the pool yard. They haven't raised the door hardware as required in the pool code from 38 inches to 42 inches (265.200(c)(2)(C))from.the pre opening inspection in 2018. Also, the door requires an audible alarm when opened but no alarm sounds. The door from the hallway into the veststible is kept propped open from the main hallway, which also violates pool Code (265.265.200(c)(1)(E)(ii)).
