Another dead dog on Bellaire between Puerta Vista and Synot - Eastbound flow. It was there yesterday morning also. My phone was stolen so I could not report it. I brought a camera in case it was still there. I was down wind a 1/4 mile away and had to detour because of the stench. This is a full grown german shepard. I hope it wasn't my neighbors Mounty or Trooper. Bring haz mat!
