This has been a problem for decades. Could "Community" please clarify how this issue "has been taken care of" in only a few short hours??

Mr. Schaefer, I talk to the new Hill South District manager Lt. Tony Reyes last night. He explained to me that he'll increased the patrols and have some focused traffic enforcement from the (traffic division). If you would like to speak with Lt. Reyes his email is TReyes@newhavenct.net.

Now let's see if Lt.Reyes' promise to increase "focused traffic enforcement" translates into actual results--specifically an end to the speeding and organized racing on Hallock Ave. (I hope the person who posted this issue will give us an update here on SeeClickFix in about a month; so please allow that person to close the issue if they are satisfied with the results.) Also thanks for Lt. Reyes' email address. (Neighbours: take note of it--and use it if necessary.)
