This loose manhole cover makes an incredibly loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it. Every minute of every day, day and night. So loud that it wakes my children at night.

The Greater New Haven WPCA will address this issue. A Crew will respond to secure this manhole and a work order will be generated to repair or replace this structure weather permitting.
