Not only potholes, but manhole covers; does anyone know why 90% of the manhole covers in Duluth are recessed from the street level about 2 inches or more? I drive in other cities and this is not a problem there; thank goodness I do not live in Duluth, although I do have to go there for shopping every so often. I see Glenwood street has been repaired, and the covers are OK for the most part.
