Speed limit is max 60 kph on this road if bad should be able to respond at this speed.

Its been that way for years. I always drive in the other lane until im passed them.

I agree with D.Vogel it is clearly marked for years now, use the left lane to avoid it..

it is not a city problem but a department highways problem.the city limits do not start for another 150 feet after these bumps

If it damaged your vehicle, the city should pay for it I believe.

It is a real Hazzard. If it cant be fixed because of the season then it should be reduced to one lane.

That section of highway is like that every winter and will stay like that until the ground thaws. My suggestion is to SLOW DOWN (its posted 60 km a few meters north of those ridges) and/or change lanes.

This bump is insane. People saying "It's been there for years, you should know better" need to think a little further than PA. I'm not in PA every day (heck, I'm not even in PA every month), so how am I supposed to know it's there?
Also, those markers are also being used for "bad sections of road", that aren't even bad. You really want me to slow down to a crawl for every re marker? That will be safe for everyone *not*.
I believe the bump is right after the sign "60 ahead", so technically, you're still allowed 100 there.
