If someone is coming down Dyer ST in the afternoon when school is in session it is nearly impossible to get on to Fitch ST. Secondly, there have been a number of accidents at this spot because cars race down the street when there is no traffic. Is it possible to put a blinking light or stop sign at the intersection of Dyer and Fitch? Cops would nail speeders all day and evening if they parked here when traffic is not at a stand still.
