Still there.

Issue has not been resolved. Walked by there yesterday and nothing has been touched. Weeds are worse and blown-in trash starting to collect.

Is it still bad? I work often on the community garden up the block, I can swing thru and chop some stuff down if it's problematic.

The last time I saw it, a few days ago, the weeds were still there. It seems that someone cleared them at some point in the past but they're returning. The graffiti has not been touched at all. I think someone comes around every six months or so.

Do you live on this block? I am looking for more help and resources for the community garden up the block.

Dear City of Oakland,
I am aware that this ticket has been outstanding for 90 days. You acknowledged receipt of it on October 12, 2013, and yet the graffiti remains. Please address this neglected property issue so I may close this ticket already. Thank you.

Your kind of blowing this out of proportion aren't ya? I'm in the area constantly and its barely noticable. I suggest you grab some cheap paint and a roller and go to it! Otherwise your coming across a bit obsessive. Honestly.

But if the person who reported this cleans it up, doesn't that remove any accountability for the property owner to upkeep their land? I've walked by this and it does look bad and only encourages further defacing of property.

It's really not even worth mentioning, I'm in the area constantly. There are most definately some OCD cases over-reporting on SeeClikFix!
