Upon inspection yesterday, the environmental inspector determined that car-washing occurs on the back lots where the water sits and evaporates. As there was no evidence of car wash detergent runoff reaching the stormwater system, this location was not in violation of the Stormwater Ordinance at the time of inspection. We are re-assigning this SeeClickFix to Pinellas County Development Review Services to look into any plumbing requirements or concerns.
