If you paid for time at a parking meter through ParkMobile but still receieved a parking ticket, you can call the department at (203) 946-8075. The department will void the ticket if it was given in error. You can also fax the information to the department (203) 946-8074.

This system is full of checks and balances and recorded times stamps. I am sure the error will be straightened out. There is yet to be a "perfect" system, but this sure as heck beats the old system of he said she said

TT&P that's somewhat helpful and comforting to know that the poster will get a refund. BUT the problem is that Parkmobile should have been consulted before the ticket was written! Otherwise what's the point of providing this system to drivers, when in the long run they'll have to chase TT&P for a refund?

Ahh the old charge em anyway and see how many ask for the refund- its a Bank of America trick

There was an error with the system and TT&P worked to correct it. During the interim, TT&P voided any ticket that was given as a result of this error. The error has since been corrected.
