Two lights are not working on the ramp to 787 North coming west from the South Troy Bridge on RT 378. At night it is so dark, you can miss the ramp if you are not careful or if you don't know the area. They have not been working for months! I have contacted NYS DOT and they told me that it is National Grid issue because they are the ones that keep the lights repaired and working but that I would have to know the pole number and the street to have them fix it. Thank you.
