  Trailer has been there for months. It is used for the residents flooring business. What if everyone in the neighborhood decided to park commercial trailers in their driveway on a full time basis?

  when is the code office going to be open for taking care of business? All of this activity can be done with social distancing. It seems ridiculous that our entire city shuts down because of this virus??It seems like the code offices are like the police and as such is an essential activity.

  Thank you for your concern. Yes, the resident was notified of the regulations and duly removed the trailer last month. The case was closed due to compliance having been gained.

  Sorry to say that at least one trailer is there almost every day, and certainly every night, in spite of any contact that may have occurred. It seems that they may not be that interested in compliance after all.

  This ni=eighbor i snot interested in compliance of the code nor do they obviously have any respect for their neighbors. This is probably the tenth time I have reported this. How do we take this up the chain of government activity and fines to make a true impression on this household. Getting ridiculous!

  3/14: Inspection of the property. Trailer present. Notice issued.
  3/29: No trailer present.
  3/30: No trailer present. Case closed.

  You are welcome to file a new complaint as the past complaint was closed out following the trailer being parked off the property.
