Also, this particular location is adjacent to a gravel parking lot. Given the swerving/braking that may take place to avoid the potholes, doing this on loose gravel and dirt can be especially dangerous. I skidded out simply trying to stop to take a picture of the two previous potholes.

The location on the map is a little off- the problem is actually just west of Waddell on Edgewood (heading west). Deep holes, very dangerous at night. Also, they are just after a crosswalk with a yellow 'stop for pedestrians' sign in the middle of it, so if cars get a little close to cyclists in the bike lane right there (to avoid the sign), there is no way for cyclists to avoid the holes.
