D AgeD Obviously this is not essential work with regards to the Governor's Executive Order. The practice of making a bigger mess and not immediately following (no more than 72 hours) an environmental remediation and cleanup with demolition is totally unacceptable! Vulnerable seniors live nextdoor. Failure to properly schedule activity at this location has now resulted in a direct.danger for the neighbors as well as additional dumping because of both the mess that was left a remaking it VOT. The community had completely cleared the ground and had been keeping the house boarded and grounds.maintained for years. We will.not be able to do it now and the grass is growing! All this because of DLBA greed in wanting some.crack induced "market value" for this severely fire damaged house. The purchase price did not incentivize the rehab this home and our Neighborhood deserved. Multiple residents wanted to purchase and renovate and we're priced out for no good reason other than greed. End result: a $20k demolition that will neither employ or benefit residents of this Community and is adversely affecting some of our seniors not to mention this is immediately on the Safe Route to Bennett School, Way Academy, Vistas Nuevas Head start and several after school programs. Shape up or shut down!!!

I do agree with Ms.O’Byrne the residents in this neighborhood deserve better the majority of the homes are maintained and kept there should be an ordinance about keeping up your properties and it should be enforced and this should apply to all regards who owns the property..let’s clean up the neighborhood and keep it clean we donot need this Virus to continue in our City.CLEAN ITUP!!!

Does anyone have info if 1662 Elsmere will be demolished? Or is it for sale as it is?
