Descripción

This building (which caught on fire on Dec 7 as pictured) is the nuisance. It is on the corner of Stuart and La Branch and is now a partially burned abandoned building with trash/debris around it, graffiti on it, and is a huge safety and health concern. The fence has been destroyed and people are living inside, dumping their trash and waste, building fires for warmth (the consequence of which is pictured), coming and going at all hours of the day and night. There have been reports of illicit activity, and other dangers to the neighborhood. It is very close to schools. Action is needed soon!
