The lane marking forces bicycles to ride in the 80k/h traffic lane. This locatin is about 200 m from the M7 onramp which allows bicycles to use the shoulder. Liklihood of incident / accident possible. Consequence Severity very high due to potetnial from cycle / vehicle interactino at high speed. Actino requrested: adjust lane marking to allow legal use of shoulder by bicycles.
