As I browse See Click Fix, I notice one segment of issues that are not getting closed- many staying open for months. They all belong to Solid Waste Services (e.g, 440789, 617283, and many more).
Why are users not getting a reply from Solid Waste Services on their issues?

Over the past few months, SeeClickFix has been working with Raleigh integrate with their existing work order system, which will route issues directly to City staff in the field. This solution will improve the speed of communication and issue resolution throughout the City. We are really excited about the improved service this will provide.
