A tremendous amount of refuse and equipment from illegal homeless camps is continually ignored. Multiple instances of reporting this problem have been archived or closed by city employees even though the problem has not been remedied. The city employees closing the tickets are engaging in implied misrepresentation that the problem has been remedied. They are presumably continuing in their employment even though they are not doing that which they are employed to do.
