Yes please add this structure to the 50 Worst property list. With the house being abandoned and on stilts over a polluted stream, it is a big heath hazard to those who live around it. There is no saving this property. It needs to skip the boarding phase of the 50 Worst and go straight to demolition. What would happen if the house collapses into the polluted stream? It would dam up the stream, and cause the contaminated water to flood onto other property. I ask that the demolition of this house is taken seriously and quickly. This stream is contaminated with Fecal Coliform bacteria which can cause illness if ingested, and with a house right on top of it that is in the condition that it is, I ask for your upmost urgency in getting it demolished.

This structure is unsound and a fire hazard. VERY UNSAFE. Please contact the owner. I fear that someone will become injured going into this property. I have seen people inside on occasion.

Can any of the components be recycled? The roof is a good metal one that has value and shouldn’t be thrown into a dump. I know someone that could use it and provide insurance.
