Traffic signal headed north on Rogerdale needs better sync with lights further north (west park toll entrance) as the traffic turning right onto Rogerdale from Harwin can’t turn due to backup, they block the intersection so the cars going north on Rogerdale at harwin can not proceed without blocking the intersection of cars on harwin. This is a real mess with high tempers and frustration as no one moves.

I have been going home this route for five years and it has not been until the last two months or so that this has been an issue. Something must have changed.

Or you could double the time of northbound traffic light??
