People speed on Rosewood Ave and surrounding streets like Sweetbriar. The two way stop is on Oakland Ave which runs into Rosewood Ave. Many people don't pay attention to this stop sign and run it. There have been several accidents, luckily, nothing serious yet.
Sweetbriar Ave needs a 4 way stop at Oakland/Sweetbriar too. Speeding is a serious issue on this side streets.
