Descripción
A major depression in the pavement in this location creates a basin of standing water after any significant rainfall. Because the depression is lower than the sewer immediately next to it, it does not drain and has to evaporate off which can take more than a day, especially when it is humid. It is creating a safety hazard at a sidewalk access point, never mind the breeding ground it is offering to mosquitos. Please regrade.
