  The vehicle was not homeless. It was parked in a red zone which is a parking infraction. Do you have to be parked for more than 72 hours in a red zone before being cited? That's not my experience with parking. The boat has been there for many weeks now. Actually months now. It was reported by others a long time ago but the city hasn't done anything about it. I don't know who owns the boat. It is not attached to a tow vehicle. I doubt the boat is registered from the looks of it. If one is homeless are they exempt form parking regulations? Is there a city ordinance that I'm unaware of? I haven't seen a street sweeper in my neighborhood in many months. Did the city stop street sweeping because of things like this?

  The boat is registered and is running. I take it out fishing every week at least twice. It my. Look like its abandoned only because of it surroundings. Do you think im one of those other people down the street. The ones that trash it up making look that way. Please i have more respect for myself and the city to keep my spot as clean as i can. I live in the white tuff shed all the way to the trailer. I was the first one on this street almost 3 years ago now ive lived here.. Im 50 and I have heart failure and kidney cancer. Thats my reason for having to live here. So please leave myself and my boat out of your mind and go bother the ones down the street . thank you.
