I think the lights are triggered by pushing a button. Also, there are only supposed to be lights on the front three courts.
Bigger issue: why no lights on the bball courts at night?

At 7pm ALL lights were operating properly and citizens were playing tennis on all six courts without hindrance.
This is not an issue.
Remove it please.

FYI, the agreed-to schedule between West Rock neighbors, the local Block Watch, and the Parks Dept is as follow:
Fall (Oct1 -Dec 1) - lights off at 9pm.
Summer (June 1 - Sept 30_ - lights off at 10pm.
Spring (April 1 - May 31) - lights off at 9pm.

The lights on the back courts were decommissioned because during resurfacing usta urged the removal of the lights whose poles were too close to the courts. They were removed so the remaining lights for the back court are not enough to play by so they're off.
