Obviously a busy, busy intersection with heavy traffic, BUT made unbearable by addition of excessively loud car stereos with pounding bass @ all hours. Filthy sidewalks -- FILTHY! Drivers hardly seem to care for the law -- often making dangerous U-turns, running lights and making very sharp turns dangerous to pedestrians. Truly one of the 'hood's busiest intersections not far from 90th precinct, and yet, is clearly the Land of the Lawless. Getting tough on booming car stereos (often coming from idling/parked cars) and the filthy sidewalks would be a tremendous improvement.
