This is a constant problem with busses for the Hampton Inn, parked on Chapel St as well. I have told bus drivers that their parking with their Diesel engines on is against the law to no avail. I have written complaints on See Click Fix and called APD also to no avail. Those of us who already live down here have dealt with it for years, more residential units are being built—how about doing something about it now?

Thank you for reporting this. On North Pearl near palace. This has been driving me insane. Dealing with the idle train engines and hornign blasting randomly throughout night is bad enough. The idling engine noises reverberate against the building and carry.

This is an issue here as well as near the Times Union Center. Police do not seem to enforce the bus/truck idling regulations. This is a quality of life issue and contributes to the pollution level as well.
